What we run today, core at the bottom.

Built for Orange County and California businesses still running on spreadsheets, fax machines, and hope.

Same model. Different businesses.

Eleven systems we built and still run. Pick one to open it.

  • Relay interface

    Relay

    Relay

    home health intake

Referral intake, verification calls, staffing, consent, and authorizations in one system. A fax becomes a structured referral the moment it lands.

  • HH Coding interface

    HH Coding

    HH Coding

    home health coding

Reads the OASIS and the chart, suggests ICD-10 codes, and cites the page each one came from. The coder accepts or rejects every suggestion, and every call is logged.

  • George interface

    George

    George

    inbound calls

Answers the phone, books the appointment, and logs a transcript of every call.

  • Supply Orders

    Supply Orders

    medical supply ordering

Replaced a broken legacy ordering system for a supplier serving hospices.

  • Bufferstock interface

    Bufferstock

    Bufferstock

    lab inventory

Barcode stock counts, expiring lots, and fridge temperatures for a lab that ran on a shared spreadsheet.

  • Synergy interface

    Synergy

    Synergy

    HR for a clinical employer

Handbook, reviews, time off, and improvement plans signed electronically, in one internal system.

  • Sealeo

    Sealeo

    e-signature

Templates, signers in order, and signed PDFs, with an API other apps call. It signs Relay consents and Synergy plans.

  • Chedar interface

    Chedar

    Chedar

    production budgeting

Estimates, purchase orders, and supplier and client invoices for production companies, tracked against the budget as the job runs.

  • Kwartz interface

    Kwartz

    Kwartz

    RFPs and bids

Agencies send an RFP, production houses bid on it, and both sides track the bids in one place.

  • Blendly interface

    Blendly

    Blendly

    creator campaigns

Matches creators to brand campaigns, scores the fit, and tracks deliverables.

  • Jexpo

    Jexpo

    kitchen install work orders

Turns a retailer's paper install packet into a digital work order, split across crews and exported to Excel or PDF.

We build two kinds of software. Both come with the same deal.

Software that didn’t exist yet

Some businesses run on a workflow no off-the-shelf tool was built for: a hospice supply chain, a home health referral pipeline. We build the platform around how the business actually operates, so the business does not have to bend to fit the tool.

Software you own instead of rent

Some businesses pay a monthly cut to a platform that owns their data, their customer list, and their roadmap. We build the same kind of tool, and you own it outright. No transaction fees, no “powered by” badge, and when you need a feature that platform will never ship, we build it.

You don’t pay for the build.

The usual arrangement is a discovery fee, a deposit, a six-figure build invoice, a handoff, and then an ex-vendor. Ours skips the invoice and keeps the vendor.

  1. 01

    We build it.

No deposit, no fixed bid, no separate build fee. The build is priced into one monthly rate, locked for 48 months.

  2. 02

    We run it.

Hosting, uptime, backups, and maintenance are ours to own, not yours to babysit.

  3. 03

    We respond.

Response times depend on severity. A broken order form does not wait in the same queue as a typo.

  4. 04

    We keep building.

Every month includes development hours for changes and small features, because a platform that never changes becomes the next spreadsheet.

Tell us what’s broken.

Skip the demo request. Tell us the actual problem: the spreadsheet, the fax machine, the platform you’ve outgrown. We’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
